User guide

2people.chat has two web applications: the agent console, where your team works conversations, and the admin console, where you manage your account. This guide walks through both, screen by screen.

#The consoles

#Signing in and your account

Team members set their password (at least 12 characters) through a one-time invite link their administrator sends them. Password resets work the same way: an administrator creates a reset link on the Team & access page and passes it on.

The bottom menu of both consoles has a workspace switcher (when you can reach more than one tenant), the theme (light/dark), the language (Turkish/English) and sign-out. The menu only shows sections you have permission for.

#Roles

Every tenant comes with four system roles:

RoleWhat it can do
Tenant AdminEvery tenant permission: settings, websites, team and roles, integrations, webhooks, API keys, privacy, usage and audit.
SupervisorReads, replies to and manages conversations (assign, transfer, change department, close); manages shared saved replies; approves bonus requests; uses analytics, audit and operations. Settings are read-only.
AgentReads and replies to conversations, sees visitors and player data, can request bonuses.
AnalystViews analytics, visitors, operations and usage.

You can create custom roles under Team & access → Roles: give it a name and pick permissions from a list grouped by area. System roles cannot be changed, a role still assigned to members cannot be deleted, and nobody can grant a permission they do not hold.
